This is the first electronic backboard, developed by Griptonite - who have manufactured this version for us, along with integrating it into their climbing software. It has been designed to give the user a load of feedback, help them to spot weaknesses and ultimately make training a little bit more efficient. 

It has multiple sensors which can detect left and right hand and arm bias and it can measure peak force as well as time your reps and sets clearly and simply.  This makes training easier both with or without a coach, as the board can provide constant feedback to the user should they wish.

It is powered by the grippy app.
